O desafio The challenge
A Elider vende por telefone (0800) e WhatsApp, com uma equipe de vendedores trabalhando ao mesmo tempo. Os números estavam espalhados entre o sistema de telefonia e o de atendimento: para saber quantas ligações viraram venda, quem estava vendendo mais e qual canal funcionava melhor, alguém precisava juntar planilhas no fim do dia. A equipe não via o resultado acontecer.
Elider sells by phone (toll-free lines) and WhatsApp, with a sales team working at the same time. The numbers were split between the phone system and the customer-service system: to know how many calls became sales, who was selling most and which channel worked best, someone had to merge spreadsheets at the end of the day. The team could not see results as they happened.
A solução The solution
Construí um painel único que reúne ligações, leads e vendas em tempo real. Para o gestor, um dashboard com metas, gráficos, ranking de vendedores, funil da URA, horários de pico e mapa por região. Para o salão de vendas, um modo TV em tela cheia que se atualiza sozinho e comemora cada venda com a mensagem "SAIU VENDA!". Tudo com acesso por usuário, cada um vendo só o que lhe cabe.

I built a single dashboard that brings together calls, leads and sales in real time. For managers: KPIs, charts, seller ranking, IVR funnel, peak hours and a map by region. For the sales floor: a full-screen TV mode that refreshes itself and celebrates every sale with a "SAIU VENDA!" (sale closed!) message. Access is per user, each seeing only what they should.
